Meet Hilary Shawn

Before I met Hilary, I wasn’t in a good place. I doubted everything I did. Didn’t see the good in situations, and every feeling I had seemed to be negative. I was afraid to see my potential. I didn’t think I was worth a healthy lifestyle, I didn’t think I was worth happiness. I believed I was not enough. 
I woke up day to day without drive. Without motivation to become a healthier person. Both mentally and physically. My weeks seemed like, one long day. I was weak (both physically and mentally), always felt drained, always fatigued. 
I was so excited and eager to work with Hilary. Since the day I met her, she has been such a light. She’s different. She allowed me to find her when I needed her the most. From our first conversation, I knew my life would change for the better. 
I worked with Hilary for a short time, but in that short time, I gained a confidence I didn’t know I had, and drive to push myself further mentally and physically. She helped me understand the importance of self care. She forced me to change my way of thinking, where I now know that I absolutely am ENOUGH. She taught me to turn negatives into positives. She believed in me, which in turn, forced me to believe in myself. I found this part of me that had been lost for so long. 
My soul feels alive again. I reconnected with my love for writing. I notice the sounds of birds chirping, and raindrops on my deck. My days are filled with new opportunities to make myself into a better person. 
I have never been as confident, driven or motivated as I am now after working with Hilary. She is truly gifted, Absolutely amazing.

I had no idea what I was doing in life. Simply being 100% honest. I was lost. Everyone was not where I was. I was empty. I was extremely tired of people and defining a solution to progress from where I was  to a more grateful space seemed impossible. You know, sometimes your mind just gives up. I didn’t have much left in me. And then GOD introduced me to Hilary Shawn. She truly is a healer. Just typing her name made me smile. After our first conversation I located the silver lining. She is remarkable. My favorite part of everything was that she listened. Through genuine listening and being accountable during our meetings, I went from being the hopeless creative I once was to becoming the relentless artist I am today. Hilary, thank you.

In 2019 I decided to leave corporate America to be a better mom and wife to my family. I needed more family time and focus on them since I wasn’t happy at my job.  They are my happiness! The past year I started having anxiety, depression and regrets on not being a provider for my kids and family. The feelings I had were inside never shown to my family or friends.  I reached out to Hilary to pick her brain on how I could over come these feelings. Her journey inspired me as a single mother and how she made her career and daughter balanced. I saw pictures of them traveling, of her working and real life as a mom at home. I came across this picture and knew that Hilary was connected in so many ways with the spiritual journey and rooted balance I needed. She has taught me it’s ok to take time for me to sit and close my eyes and connect with my inner self. She has given me tools to make me stop and think about my breathing and change my focus or negativity to positivity. She has coached me through hard times by showing me my surroundings, food and meditation bring back in the good over the bad/hardships that I’ve been facing. Hilary is a person that feeds off your soul and shows you the light in which you have inside of you. I have felt less tired, I have more drive and desire to take a step back and re-evaluate my goals for the future. I’m blessed to have her as a mentor, life coach & friend. ❤️

I am so grateful that I have had the opportunity to connect with Hilary. Time with her has been an incredible gift that I didn’t fully understand at first. She has introduced me to a new, healthier & elevated way of life. She has guided me to be open to beautiful opportunities of vibrating at a higher frequency that are available throughout the day. Like many others, a few months into the pandemic, my life turned upside down. With an uncertainty of my future, grieving and feeling overall lost; I knew I needed to do some inner work and heal. This is when Hilary entered my life and I couldn’t be more grateful for our journey together. In only a few short months, she has made such a HUGE impact when it comes to being mindful, confident and getting my inner strength back. 

Her distant reiki sessions are so intuitive and always on point. Not only that, but Hilary truly takes the time to personalize her guidance to each of her clients. Her healing sessions have been a blessing and her aura spray/sage bundles always comes in such tailor-made, thoughtful packages. 

Hilary has not only done reiki on me, but also for a friend of mine who is gravely ill. After only one session, my friend had the most peaceful night’s sleep yet and has felt her healing from afar! I have come so far since we first started working together and I can’t say enough about Hilary. She has such a beautiful soul and spirit inside and out! 

Hilary's spirit is one of a kind. I have known her for years & she always has been so in tune with spirit. I've been doing Reiki with her for a little over a month now and I can already see a difference. My mood is lifted. As a nurse I tend to do and give too much to my patients. I was unaware that I take "it" (their sad energy) home with me. She has told me I am divinely guided and protected and I FEEL that now. Hilary came into my life for a reason. She is my friend but also my healer!
